Growing up in the LBI Region of New Jersey, I have witnessed the remarkable transformation of our beautiful area into one of the most sought-after destinations on the Jersey Shore. Living here has allowed me to experience the countless joys this place offers, from its stunning natural scenery to its exceptional quality of life.
Where It All Began
My journey began in 1994 when, as a single mother, I started working as a receptionist at a local real estate office. Though the position wasn’t quite the right fit, it ignited a deep-seated passion for real estate within me.
This passion led me to obtain my real estate license, marking the beginning of a lifelong endeavor. I spent my early years acquiring invaluable experience at both franchise and independent brokerages. During this time, a dream took shape: to create a real estate company that was distinctly my own. This dream became a reality in 2004 with the establishment of Home Alliance Realty, LLC in Manahawkin.
From the outset, my goal was to create a company that made every client feel like part of the family.
From the very beginning, I knew I wanted my company to be different from the rest- I wanted the customer to feel like they were family.

Over the course of my 30+ year career in real estate, I have amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience that solidifies my position as the go-to expert in this area. This deep understanding is backed by my academic endeavors: I hold an MBA with a specialization in marketing from Stockton University and I’m a proud alumna of the esteemed Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program. My credentials don’t just stop there. I’m also a licensed Broker and real estate instructor.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with both franchise and independent real estate firms. My professional journey spans across retail sales, investment sales, buyer engagements, and my expertise particularly shines in foreclosures, REO management, and property management. My services are centered around the Ocean, Atlantic and Burlington Counties, especially in Manahawkin, Long Beach Island, and Little Egg Harbor/Tuckerton.
Over the years, my efforts have been acknowledged with awards such as the Million Dollar Sales Club and The Circle of Excellence Sales Award (Bronze and Gold levels) and a special highlight in 2016—2019 when I achieved the Platinum level for sales surpassing $20 Million.
Beyond conventional real estate, I take pride in leading the Ocean County Subgroup of the South Jersey Investors Group (SJREIA), where I guide budding investors every month. My passion also extends to nurturing fellow women in the industry, which led to the birth of Heels & Hammers – a mentorship initiative dedicated to empowering female investors.
I am a fervent believer in lifelong learning, committing a minimum of 40 hours each year to continue my education in real estate.
