Growing up in the LBI Region of New Jersey, I’ve been a first-hand witness to the extraordinary transformation of our beautiful area. Over the years, it has blossomed into one of the most coveted destinations on the Jersey Shore. Having lived here, I can vouch for the myriad intangible joys that this place brings, with its breathtaking natural beauty and unparalleled quality of life.
Where It All Began
Rewind to 1994 – as a single mother, I embarked on what would become my life’s passion by joining a local real estate office as a receptionist. Even though the job wasn’t quite my fit, I discovered an innate love for the real estate industry.
This revelation led me to pursue my real estate license, and as they say, the rest is history.
My initial years were spent gaining valuable experience at both franchise and independent brokerages. However, a dream began to take root – a vision of establishing a real estate company that was uniquely mine. This dream came to fruition in 2004 with the inception of Home Alliance Realty, LLC in Manahawkin.
Right from the start, my mission was clear – to build a company where every client felt like they were part of a family.
From the very beginning, I knew I wanted my company to be different from the rest- I wanted the customer to feel like they were family.

Over the course of my 29+ year career in real estate, I have amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience that solidifies my position as the go-to expert in this area. This deep understanding is backed by my academic endeavors: I hold an MBA with a specialization in marketing from Stockton University and I’m a proud alumna of the esteemed Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program. My credentials don’t just stop there. I’m also a licensed Broker and real estate instructor.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with both franchise and independent real estate firms. My professional journey spans across retail sales, investment sales, buyer engagements, and my expertise particularly shines in foreclosures, REO management, and property management. My services are centered around the Ocean,Atlantic and Burlington Counties, especially in Manahawkin, Long Beach Island, and Little Egg Harbor/Tuckerton.
Over the years, my efforts have been acknowledged with awards such as the Million Dollar Sales Club and The Circle of Excellence Sales Award (Bronze and Gold levels) and a special highlight in 2016—2019 when I achieved the Platinum level for sales surpassing $20 Million.
Beyond conventional real estate, I take pride in leading the Ocean County Subgroup of the South Jersey Investors Group (SJREIA), where I guide budding investors every month. My passion also extends to nurturing fellow women in the industry, which led to the birth of Heels & Hammers – a mentorship initiative dedicated to empowering female investors.
I am a fervent believer in lifelong learning, committing a minimum of 40 hours each year to continue my education in real estate.
